1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, company details, messages, demo requests, account login details, and technical information such as browser, IP address, device type, and pages visited.

When you use Login / Signup with Google, Google may share your Google account ID, name, email address, and profile picture with Speaklar. We use this data to create or update your Speaklar account and securely redirect you to approved Speaklar services.

3. Customer support and AI service data

For demos or deployed services, Speaklar may process call recordings, transcripts, chat messages, call metadata, workflow inputs, customer questions, knowledge-base content, and human handoff notes when needed to provide AI voice, chatbot, ASR, TTS, RAG, CRM, or support automation services.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve Speaklar services.
  • Authenticate users and manage account access.
  • Respond to inquiries, demos, and support requests.
  • Debug, secure, and monitor service performance.
  • Comply with legal, security, and business obligations.

5. Cookies, sessions, and tokens

Speaklar may use cookies or temporary session tokens for login, security, routing, analytics, and service reliability. Login tokens created by the parent site are temporary and should be used only by approved Speaklar child applications.

6. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, authenticate, or operate the service, including infrastructure, email, analytics, telephony, AI, and database providers. These providers should only use data to support Speaklar services.

7. Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, security, dispute handling, or agreed customer retention requirements. Call recordings and transcripts should be retained according to the project agreement or deleted when no longer needed.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access control, secure token generation, redirect domain checks, and backend-only handling of sensitive credentials. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data where applicable. You can also choose not to use Google login and may contact Speaklar directly for support.
