Rules for using Speaklar services.

These terms apply to speaklar.com, Google login, demos, AI voice agents, chatbots, and related Speaklar products and services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing Speaklar websites or using Speaklar services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Speaklar for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

2. Services

Speaklar provides Bangla-first AI voice agents, chatbots, ASR, TTS, RAG, call center automation, CRM handoff, demos, and related software services. Specific commercial terms may be defined in separate proposals, invoices, contracts, or service orders.

3. Accounts and Google login

You are responsible for keeping your account and login access secure. If you use Google login, Speaklar may use the information provided by Google to authenticate you and redirect you to approved Speaklar applications.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and lawful instructions.
  • Obtain any required consent for call recording, messaging, or data processing.
  • Review AI workflows, scripts, knowledge-base content, and escalation rules before launch.
  • Use Speaklar only for lawful business purposes.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Speaklar to violate laws, spam, harass, impersonate others, collect sensitive data without authorization, bypass security controls, overload systems, or deploy misleading AI interactions without proper disclosure where required.

6. AI outputs and human review

AI systems can make mistakes. Customers should test workflows, review transcripts, define escalation rules, and use human oversight for sensitive, high-risk, financial, legal, medical, emergency, or regulated interactions.

7. Data and content

You retain ownership of your business data and customer content. You grant Speaklar permission to process that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted services, subject to applicable agreements and our Privacy Policy.

8. Fees and payment

Paid services are billed according to the agreed proposal, invoice, subscription, usage plan, or contract. Late payment, non-payment, or misuse may result in suspension or termination of service.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Speaklar may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, maintenance, compliance, or business reasons.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speaklar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

11. Termination

Either party may stop using or providing services according to the applicable agreement. Speaklar may suspend or terminate access for security risks, unlawful use, non-payment, or material breach of these terms.
