Request deletion of your Speaklar data.

1. How to request deletion

Email Speaklar at [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to identify the data connected to your request:

• Your name.
• Your email address or Facebook/Meta account email, if applicable.
• The Speaklar app, page, website, demo, or service you used.
• A short statement asking us to delete your personal data.

2. What we delete

After verifying the request, Speaklar will delete applicable personal data associated with your request from active systems, including account profile data, contact details, messages, form submissions, login records, or Meta integration data where applicable.

3. Retention exceptions

Some records may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, backup recovery, or contractual obligations. Where retention is required, we will restrict use of the retained data to the required purpose.

4. Response time

We aim to confirm receipt and complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or the request requires additional verification.
